I want you all to go read this comic, because it’s amazing, and if you haven’t heard of Boulet, now is your chance to make it right. He’s the greatest, this comic is the best.
I have officially had Katie Perry’s “Firework” stuck in my head for an entire week. It was playing in some store I was at last weekend and it’s been stuck ever since.
I actually am going to explode. Not in a pretty way like the song.. probably more entertaining though.
heheh
The first one looks like a weird, tacky mix of the Fender Jaguar and Jazz. The white Gibson is beautiful. The purple Gibson looks too tacky. The Fender Telecaster looks lame. And I have nothing to say to the last two. Rainbow and apples? -_-
I MISS MY GUITARS. I want my bass :C
This is actually the most perfect comment! It seems like this person didn’t know that they were supposed to be ponies because the my original text was effaced, but somehow she almost managed to describe each pony just from the guitars. Pinkie WOULD be a tacky odd-ball, and Rarity SHOULD be the beautiful/flashy one (though that’s a Gretsch not a Gibson, says so on the headstock). Actually the rest of them all should be kind of tacky or a little lame. That’s what makes them AWESOME! Also she managed to extract rainbows and apples from the Rainbow Dash and Applejack guitars. This comment officially makes me feel like this was a complete success.
Thank you feelingthis!

This is how I kept my mind busy during my 12 hour shifts at the factory back in the summer, thinking what ponies would look like as guitars. A few weeks ago I finally started making them.
Pinkie Pie: Based off of one of Ben Kenney’s custom Lakeland basses.
Rarity: Gretsch White Falcon.
Twilight Sparkle: Gibson Les Paul Standard
Fluttershy: Fender Telecaster
Rainbow Dash: Gibson Flying V
Applejack: Yamaha LJ16
My roommate for helped me decide on a bass model for Pinkie. Pinkie was the first one I thought about and she was always a bass in my mind, but she was the last one I made because I don’t know anything about basses. When I was halfway through making Rainbow Dash, my roommate (who knows about basses) suggested the Lakeland.
I got 6 new followers yesterday! A nice crotch shot and a link on a popular blog and they come flooding in. I see how tumblr works now..

HAHAHAAHAH!! Anyway, welcome you 6 strangers. I can’t promise much activity here in the future, but your timing is actually perfect. I just so happen to be planning a pony fan art post thing for tomorrow that I’ve been working on for a few weeks. I’m pretty excited for it.
Thank you for following me!

My roommate and I are Gamzee and Tavros in so many ways. This is just one example that happened a few weeks ago.
